Stress
While being in college you face many things that causes you to be stress out. But one thing about being a college student is learning how to cope with that stress. So what is actually stress? First thing that comes to mind when I think about stress is something negative. Well, Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. A good way to cope with stress is by practicing ways to de-stress. Like for example , meeting up with a friend. Talking to someone is a great way to refocus your thoughts and a way to get a good laugh because everyone needs one of them every once in a while. Another example would be trying breathing exercises. The simple act of taking a few minutes to just breathe is one of the best ways to relax when you're feeling stressed out. But not only college students get stress out parents and even high school students do too. It's just the way you deal with it because everybody isn't the same , so people handle situations different.
